Recently, Ministry of Education has announced the list of national and provincial first-class majors in 2020. Transportation Engineering and Urban Underground Engineering from our college have both been selected in the list.
“Shuang Wan Plan” of building first-class undergraduate major is the key initiative to promote the construction of new engineering, medical, agricultural and arts majors, to fully revive undergraduate education and to improve cultivation ability for higher education through the spirit of national education conference and new time national undergraduate conference under higher education by Ministry of Education.
Up to now School of Transportation has 4 national top class undergraduate major construction points, ranking top in Southeast University, which is the effort of all the members of our school, and the positive recognition for major building and talent cultivation. We will take the opportunity to comprehensively carry out Plan 2.0 of “Six excellent one outstanding” by Ministry of Education, actively take in part in building new engineering major construction, further fulfill major building plan, consistently increase the level of major significance and construction, be the role model of top discipline, make greater contributions of SEU 1-10-100 DREAM, and cultivate more and more top talents in transportation field for the country.
